- Salesforce.com Foundation (September 2008) awarded Rainforest2Reef a $10,000 Impact Grant in recognition of our outstanding partnership with Salesforce.com, and the great impact Rainforest2Reef has achieved by tapping the power of Salesforce.com’s 1/1/1 model.
- Threshold Foundation (August 2008) awarded Rainforest2Reef $7,500 for general operating support.
- Disney Worldwide Conservation Fund (June 2008) awarded Rainforest2Reef $9,000 for wildlife research in Calakmul.
- Seaworld & Busch Gardens Conservation Fund (May 2008) awarded Rainforest2Reef $10,000 to implement educational workshops with the communities of Calakmul.
- The US Fish and Wildlife Service’s Neo-tropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act (April 2008) awarded Rainforest2Reef $155, 710 for migratory bird research and conservation in the Calakmul region.
- Global Conservation Fund (March 2008) awarded Rainforest2Reef a Technical Assistance Grant for $25,000 to develop a financial strategy to develop the trust fund.
